I have been involved since late 1998 as a consultant, coach, and leader in organizational transformation programs worldwide. Since 2017, I have been coaching teams to learn to evolve their way of work to achieve business objectives while their managers act as their coaches. This way of coaching created new team capabilities, allowing them to operate at higher performance levels. The self-organization of teams to establish their immediate targets and experiment towards achieving them has enhanced problem-solving and becoming proactive in improving how the team works.
